The short version
When you click through to a telehealth programme from this site and sign up, this site may be paid a commission by that programme. You pay the same price either way.
Where the paid links are
Paid links appear on programme reviews, programme comparisons, rankings and alternatives pages. Every outbound link to a commercial destination is marked as sponsored in the page source.
A paid link on this site points at a /go/ address on this domain. That address records that a click happened and which page it came from, then forwards you to the programme. It stores no name and no account; the browser signature it keeps is hashed.
Where there are none
The safety register — FDA warning letters, 503B outsourcing facilities and labeler pages — carries no commercial links at all.
Links to primary sources are never paid. Links to fda.gov, data.cms.gov and other public sources are citations of the file a figure came from.
What commission does not buy
It does not buy a rating, a ranking position, a mention, or the removal of a warning letter from a page. See the editorial policy for what does decide order.
A programme with an unresolved critical FDA action is removed from every recommendation on this site, whether it pays a commission or not.
Why this matters for what you read
A site paid per signup has an incentive to understate cost and overstate availability. The defence built into this one is that the numbers are not ours to choose: cost figures come from federal files, and each programme price is recorded with the date and the URL it was read from.
Where you find a figure that disagrees with its source, the source is right. Report it to [email protected].
