An independent guide to online GLP‑1 programs. We review 31 programs, read their prices at checkout every week and check their pharmacy and FDA records, so you can compare them on facts rather than ads.

No. We don’t sell, prescribe or ship medication. When you choose a program, you sign up with it directly, and its licensed clinicians decide whether a GLP‑1 is right for you.

We list only programs we have a partner link with, and those links pay us a commission when you sign up. A program cannot pay for a score or a position, and an open FDA warning letter removes a program from every recommendation.

Every listed price is re-checked weekly against the program’s live checkout, including intake fees and required add-ons. Where a first month is discounted, we also show the three-month total so the intro rate can’t hide the real cost.

Each program gets a score out of 10 for price, transparency and safety, from its checkout, its pharmacy and federal records. Our methodology page sets out every check.
