Enhanced GLP‑1 Review: Is It Legit?
Enhanced review: compounded semaglutide from $89 a month and tirzepatide from $129 on a 12-month plan, its pharmacies, shipping delays and refund terms.
- No FDA warning letter
- Names its pharmacy
- Prices checked Oct 24, 2026
Enhanced is the online health program of the company behind the Enhanced Games. It prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide at one price for every dose. It suits you if you will commit to a long plan paid up front and can wait for delivery.
The price is the draw, on the long plans. Compounded semaglutide is $89 a month on a 12-month plan and $129 month to month. Tirzepatide is $129 a month on the 12-month plan and $169 month to month. The 12-month plan is billed in full at checkout: $1,068 for semaglutide and $1,548 for tirzepatide.
We rate it 8.5 out of 10, tier Very good. It names its pharmacies and its telehealth providers, and its prices are clear, but its shipping policy warns of delays, and one of its pharmacies had an FDA warning letter that is now closed.
The catch is delivery. Enhanced's shipping policy says that "due to high demand following our launch, orders may take several weeks to ship." Its terms also ask you to allow at least 10 business days for shipment.
No FDA warning letter is on file for Enhanced in the FDA’s published warning-letter list as of Oct 24, 2026.

What is Enhanced?
Enhanced is run by Enhanced US LLC, and "Enhanced" is a trademark of Enhanced Group, Inc., the company behind the Enhanced Games. Its parent calls the platform Live Enhanced and lists its head office at 169 Madison Avenue, New York; Enhanced US LLC is a Delaware company formed in January 2025. It is not Enhance MD, a different telehealth program with its own Enhance MD review.
Enhanced says it "does not provide any medical services." The care comes from a telehealth platform that "may be provided by OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC (OpenLoop), Beluga Health, or a different telehealth provider."
Here is how it goes. You check out and fill in a health questionnaire. A licensed clinician reviews your history and goals and decides whether the medication is right for you. If you are prescribed, the medication ships to you from a partner pharmacy, with clinician check-ins included.
Enhanced sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections, lower-dose "microdosed" plans of both, testosterone, enclomiphene, sermorelin, NAD+, modafinil and supplements. To read about the drugs themselves, see our pages on compounded semaglutide and compounded tirzepatide.
Is Enhanced legit?
Yes. Enhanced has no FDA warning letter on file, it names its four partner pharmacies and its telehealth providers, and it publishes every plan price. Two things to weigh: its shipping policy warns that orders may take several weeks to ship, and one of its pharmacies, Triad Rx, had an FDA warning letter in 2019 that the FDA closed out in 2023.
The clinicians are not named. The product pages quote Dr. Jonathann Kuo, MD, of Extension Health, as a member of an "Independent Medical Board", but no clinician who treats patients is named.
How much does Enhanced cost?
Compounded semaglutide costs $129 a month month to month, $109 a month on a 3-month plan, $99 on a 6-month plan, or $89 on a 12-month plan. Compounded tirzepatide costs $169 a month month to month, $149 on a 3-month plan, $139 on a 6-month plan, or $129 on a 12-month plan.
| Plan | Semaglutide | Tirzepatide | Billed at checkout | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Month to month | $129/mo | $169/mo | $129 or $169 | | 3 months | $109/mo | $149/mo | $327 or $447 | | 6 months | $99/mo | $139/mo | $594 or $834 | | 12 months | $89/mo | $129/mo | $1,068 or $1,548 |
Each plan is charged in full when you order: the checkout multiplies the monthly price by the months in the plan. The plan then renews "at the price and frequency listed on this page until it ends or you cancel."
The fees are simple. The price is the same at every dose, and the order summary lists the online doctor review and shipping as free. It calls the plan price a "forever discount", "locked in for the life of your plan". You don't need insurance, and Enhanced does not bill it.

How does Enhanced work?
The care is online. Enhanced runs the site and the checkout, and a telehealth provider, OpenLoop or Beluga Health, supplies the clinician. Which states you can be treated in depends on that provider's terms; Enhanced publishes no list of states.
Your prescription goes to one of four partner pharmacies, which Enhanced lists in its terms: RedRock Pharmacy (St. George, UT), Health Warehouse (Florence, KY), Precision Compounding Pharmacy (Bellmore, NY) and Triad Rx. The site says its compounded medication comes from "a licensed 503A/503B pharmacy" but not which one fills your order.
Delivery is the slow part. After the backlog notice, the shipping policy says orders typically arrive 5 to 7 business days after they ship. Enhanced states no time for the clinician's review.
Is Enhanced safe? FDA status and warning letters
Enhanced has no FDA warning letter on file, and neither do OpenLoop or Beluga Health. Nothing is open against it.
One pharmacy has an FDA record. Enhanced lists Triad Rx with its website, which gives the pharmacy's address as 26258 Pollard Road, Daphne, Alabama. The FDA sent Triad Rx, Inc. at that address a warning letter on February 5, 2019, about sterile drugs made under insanitary conditions, and closed it out on May 3, 2023. We found no warning letter for the other three pharmacies. The FDA's compounding list has a 2026 inspection report for a Red Rock Pharmacy in Springville, Utah; Enhanced lists a St. George address, so we do not count it.
The bigger question with any compounded program is the drug itself. Compounded GLP-1s are prepared by a pharmacy to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved: the FDA doesn't review their safety, effectiveness or quality before they're sold, and they are not the same as Wegovy or Zepbound. Formulas can differ from one pharmacy to the next, and some add ingredients such as vitamin B12. Compounding pharmacies are licensed and inspected by state boards of pharmacy; outsourcing facilities (503B) also register with the FDA and are inspected by it. The FDA can issue warning letters when either breaks rules on safety or sterility.
How to cancel Enhanced
Enhanced's terms say that, outside its refund policy, "all sales are final." Its shipping policy says to contact it as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order: once an order enters fulfillment, cancellation is not guaranteed, and "orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled." The plan renews until you cancel.
The long plans are paid up front. The 12-month plan is $1,068 or $1,548 at checkout. Only choose a long plan if you expect to stay on the medication for that long. If you have side effects, talk to your provider.
There is a money-back guarantee, with strict conditions. It is for new patients on non-controlled prescriptions; testosterone is excluded. You must follow your clinician's plan for 90 days and ask within 30 days after that. The refund covers only "amounts paid for the eligible medication in the most recent billing cycle", not labs, consultation, shipping or tax, and is limited to one per patient. Enhanced decides whether a request qualifies and may change the guarantee.
Disputes go to private arbitration in New York, not to court, and class actions are waived.
What customers say about Enhanced
Enhanced has a 3.3 TrustScore on Trustpilot from 16 reviews, most of them posted on October 19, 2026. The good reviews praise an easy website and the products. The poor ones report orders charged but not shipped, refills that ship late, charges that differ from the advertised price, subscriptions that are hard to cancel and slow customer service. One reviewer wrote: "I was charged for an order over 10 days ago, and it still hasn't shipped."
We found no Better Business Bureau profile for Enhanced US LLC or Enhanced Group.
The company itself is young and losing money. Its parent says the platform started in February 2026, taking orders "in advance of the availability of inventory", with full operations from May 2026. Its quarterly report for June 2026 says there is "substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within twelve months." Weigh that before paying for 6 or 12 months up front.
The patient stories on Enhanced's pages are marketing, not results you can expect. This site collects no independent reviews of its own yet.
How we scored Enhanced
Our score combines seven checks. Each one counts for a fixed share of the total, listed below. Commission is not an input.
- Price transparency: 10/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). Every plan price and fee is in the plan picker, at one price for every dose.
- Cost and value: 8/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). We compare month-to-month prices: $129 for semaglutide ranks 7 of 28 compounded programs, against a median of $179.
- Medication and pharmacy traceability: 8.8/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Four partner pharmacies named, with addresses for three, but not which one fills your order.
- Clinical access and oversight: 7/10 (counts for 15% of the total score). Named telehealth providers and included check-ins, but no named clinician and no stated review time.
- Safety and enforcement: 8/10 (counts for 20% of the total score). No FDA warning letter on file for Enhanced. One pharmacy, Triad Rx, had a warning letter that the FDA closed out in 2023, and we could not confirm LegitScript status.
- Terms, commitment and refunds: 10/10 (counts for 10% of the total score). Plans renew until you cancel, with a stated refund rule and guarantee.
- Availability and fulfillment: 7/10 (counts for 5% of the total score). Free shipping, but no published list of states.
This is the first score for Enhanced. Confidence is low: we read its prices and terms once, on October 24, 2026. No editor's adjustment is applied. The method is on our methodology page.
