What decides the order of a list on this site and what never does: rankings sort on data a reader can reproduce, and commission never changes them.

This page states what decides the order of a list on this site, and what does not.

Commission does not affect order

A rating is computed from the published rubric and the cited evidence. Commission is not an input. No program can pay for a position or a rating.

This site lists only programs it has a partner link with. When a program's partner link ends, its pages are removed.

Rankings sort on the data the page shows: the standing monthly price, the states served, whether the medication is included, and the enforcement record. A reader can reproduce the order from the table beneath it.

An open FDA action removes a program from every recommendation

A program carrying an unresolved critical safety or legal flag is excluded from every ranking, every "best" list and every recommendation slot on the site. That rule is enforced in the database, not left to a page.

Its review page stays published, with the flag shown. A reader searching for that program is exactly the reader who needs to see the letter.

Prices are dated, not adjusted

A price is recorded with the date it was read and the page it was read from. It is never rounded to look better, and a promotional rate is never presented as a standing one.

Where a program's own site and our record disagree, the program's site wins and the record is corrected.

Ratings are ours, and the method is published

The Score on every review is computed by this site from the glp1.health Check. The methodology publishes the dimensions, the weights and the confidence rule, so an order can be reproduced rather than taken on trust.

The safety register carries no commercial links

No page in the safety register contains an affiliate link. A call to action beside an FDA enforcement action would compromise both.

Who writes and who reviews

Every page names its author. A page carries a clinical reviewer byline only where a licensed clinician has checked it. An absent reviewer byline means no clinician has reviewed that page, and no page makes a clinical claim without one.

Corrections

A corrected page has its date moved and, where the correction changes a conclusion, the change is stated on the page. Errors are fixed rather than quietly removed. Report one to contact@glp1.health.
