Questions

About the tools

Yes, all of them, with no account and no email. Every figure they use ships with the page, so a tool is a page you read rather than a service you sign up to.

No. Every calculation runs in your browser. Your weight, your dose, your insurance and your ZIP never leave the tab, because there is nowhere for them to go — the numbers behind each tool are in the page itself.

Each tool names its own sources on its page: FDA prescribing information for anything about dosing, the manufacturers' published cash prices for anything about money, CMS NADAC for pharmacy acquisition cost, and the Phase 3 trial papers for anything about weight loss. Every figure was checked on August 27, 2026.

No. A tool shows you what the label, the trial or the price file says, and it names the document. Dosing, switching and stopping are decisions for the clinician who prescribed the medication.
Once you have your number

The tools price it. The register picks who fills it.

Every program we track, scored on price, medication, pharmacy and its FDA record — with the outbound link withheld from any program carrying an open critical flag.
