CoreAge Rx Review: Is It Legit?
CoreAge Rx review: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide from $190/mo, whether it names its pharmacy, FDA warning letters and complaints.
CoreAge Rx is an online program that sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, with the drug and the shipping in one price that stays the same at every dose. It suits people who are ready to prepay a year for a low monthly rate.
We rate it 6.4 out of 10, tier Below average. The price does not climb with the dose, but the pharmacy is unnamed and the states are not listed.
The catch is the headline. The $99 rate is a 12-month plan paid in full, $1,188 up front; one month costs $190.
No FDA warning letter on file for CoreAge Rx as of Sep 20, 2026, in the FDA’s published warning letter list.

What is CoreAge Rx?
CoreAge Rx is an online weight-loss program that sells compounded GLP-1 injections, with the drug, the doctor and the shipping in one price. It adds coaching and a member community on top.
Here is how it goes. You fill in an online intake. A licensed medical provider reviews it and decides whether treatment is appropriate. The site says "All evaluations done by US board-certified physicians". If you qualify, the prescription goes to a pharmacy, and the drug ships to your door for free. Refills continue on the plan you chose.
The menu has two drugs, both compounded and both injections: semaglutide and tirzepatide. Each also comes as a microdosing program. The site says its compounded tirzepatide "is typically formulated with B-12". There is no brand-name option. Compounded means a pharmacy makes the drug to a prescription; it is not an FDA-approved product.
For the drugs themselves, read our pages on semaglutide and tirzepatide. CoreAge Rx does not publish a list of the states it serves.
Is CoreAge Rx legit?
Mostly. CoreAge Rx is a real telehealth program with US board-certified doctors, public prices and a written terms page. It has no FDA warning letter and no open flag. What it leaves out is the pharmacy: it names none, so you cannot check who makes your drug.
The site says only "Fast, free shipping from trusted pharmacies". It does not say what type of pharmacy fills the order. A compounding pharmacy can make a drug for one named patient under a state board, or it can be an outsourcing facility that registers with the FDA. CoreAge Rx does not say which. With no name, there is no FDA register entry to look up.
The product pages are clear on the drug. Each names the molecule, the injection form and the word compounded. CoreAge Rx shows no LegitScript certification.
How much does CoreAge Rx cost?
Compounded semaglutide costs $190 for one month, with the drug and the shipping included, plus a consultation fee. Tirzepatide costs $239 for one month on the same terms.
Those one-month prices already include an automatic coupon. The list prices are $340 and $449. Semaglutide is $133 a month on 3 months, $119 on 6 months and $99 on 12 months, paid in full at $1,188.
The home page leads with "Semaglutide starting at $99/mo". That is the 12-month rate, not the monthly one. Our last price check read $93 a month from the product pages; that figure is NAD+, an add-on, not a GLP-1 plan. Treat $190 as the monthly price.
There is no membership fee and no shipping fee. The consultation fee "may range from $50–$100" depending on the treatment. CoreAge Rx does not bill insurance. Three months at the one-month rate total $570, before the consultation fee.
On month-to-month prices, CoreAge Rx ranks 12 of the 18 compounded programs in its group, above the median of $179 a month.
CoreAge Rx tirzepatide price
CoreAge Rx tirzepatide costs $239 for one month, after an automatic coupon off a $449 list price. It is $196 a month on a 3-month plan. It is $179 a month on a 6-month plan. It is $149 a month on a 12-month plan, paid in full at $1,788 up front.
The price is the same at every dose, so it does not rise as your provider moves you up. The consultation fee of $50 to $100 sits on top. Shipping is free. Our last price check read $93 a month here too; that is the NAD+ add-on, not tirzepatide. A tirzepatide microdosing program sits on its own page.

How does CoreAge Rx work?
The care starts with a doctor's review of your intake, and you hear back in about a day. The site says "Expect to receive feedback from one of our doctors within approximately 24 hours."
The site says its doctors are US-based and board-certified. Beyond the review, CoreAge Rx runs a coaching and education community for members. It sells a daily supplement, GLP-1 Support, for people on semaglutide or tirzepatide.
That is where the detail ends. CoreAge Rx does not say how you reach your provider after the first review: video, messages or phone. It does not say whether you need labs. The product page asks you to follow "the prescribed doses and directions from your provider accurately".
Is CoreAge Rx safe? FDA status and warning letters
CoreAge Rx has no FDA warning letter and no open flag on its record. Its record is clean. There is no pharmacy record to read, because CoreAge Rx names none.
The question with a compounded program is the drug itself. A pharmacy makes it, and the FDA does not review it the way it reviews Wegovy or Zepbound. Without a pharmacy name, you cannot check who made yours. Ask CoreAge Rx which pharmacy fills your order before your first shipment.
For side effects, doses and who should not take these drugs, read our semaglutide and tirzepatide pages, which quote the FDA labels.
How to cancel CoreAge Rx
You can cancel the one-month plan at any time, with no minimum term. The longer plans are paid in full up front, so the commitment sits there.
The refund rule is thin. The refund page does not set out what you get back, and the consultation fee of $50 to $100 is not refunded. Do not prepay $1,188 for the 12-month rate unless you plan to stay a year.
So the trap is the headline. The $99 a month on the home page is the year plan, and the money leaves your account on day one. Start on one month or three until you know the drug suits you.

CoreAge Rx reviews and complaints
CoreAge Rx publishes no customer testimonials on the pages we read. This site collects no independent reviews, so there is nothing on this page from customers.
What CoreAge Rx offers instead is a members' community for coaching and education. That can tell you how the program runs once you are in. It tells you nothing before you pay.
The one thing to check before paying is the consultation fee. It "may range from $50–$100" depending on the treatment, and it is not refunded. Ask which figure applies to you, and read the cost and cancel sections above.

CoreAge Rx FAQ
Mostly. CoreAge Rx uses US board-certified doctors, publishes its prices and has no FDA warning letter.1 It names no pharmacy and lists no states, so two checks are left to you. The full checks are in the legit section.
CoreAge Rx is $190 for one month of compounded semaglutide or $239 for tirzepatide, plus a consultation fee.212 The $99 and $149 rates need a 12-month plan paid in full.212 The full ladder is in the cost section.
No telehealth program is FDA approved; the FDA approves medications. CoreAge Rx prescribes only compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.1012 Compounded drugs are not FDA approved. It offers no brand-name pen such as Wegovy or Zepbound, which are the approved versions. Its own FDA record is clean; see the safety section.
We cannot tell you. CoreAge Rx does not publish a list of the states it serves on the pages we read. Ask CoreAge Rx to confirm your state before you pay the consultation fee, which is not refunded.4
We hold no complaint data. Three terms are the likely cause of one. The $99 headline needs a 12-month prepay.2 The consultation fee of $50 to $100 is not refunded.4 And the refund page does not say what you get back. See the cancel section.
