Found Review: Is It Worth It?
Found review: Wegovy care from $149/mo plus the drug, the pharmacy it uses, FDA warning letters and complaints. See if it's legit before you sign up.
Found (Found Health) is an online weight-care program that works with your insurance. It suits insured people who want Wegovy or Zepbound with the paperwork handled, and people 65 to 75 who qualify for Medicare's GLP-1 program.
We rate it 7.2 out of 10, tier Good. Each of its three paths is priced on a public page, but it names no pharmacy.
The catch is the headline: the $99 rates are first months, insured rates or prepaid plans, not the cash monthly price.
No FDA warning letter on file for Found as of Sep 16, 2026, in the FDA’s published warning letter list.

What is Found?
Found is a telehealth weight-care company with three paths: compounded GLP-1s, brand-name GLP-1s and non-GLP-1 plans. Its clinicians are board-certified and trained in metabolic medicine.
Here is how it goes. You complete a health assessment online. A clinician reviews your profile, and if you are eligible, your medication ships to your door. Found says "Most members can start treatment within a week." Refills and follow-ups continue on a plan billed every 28 days.
The menu is wide. On the compounded side there are semaglutide and tirzepatide, with the drug in the plan price. On the brand-name side there are Wegovy, Zepbound, Ozempic and Mounjaro, which Found helps you get through your insurance or pay for directly. For people 65 to 75, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge covers "Wegovy® (injection and tablets), Zepbound® KwikPen®, and Foundayo®."
To understand the drugs themselves, read our pages on semaglutide and tirzepatide. Found does not list the states it serves.
Is Found legit?
Mostly yes. Found uses board-certified clinicians, bills insurance for its visits and has no FDA warning letter or open flag. The gap is the pharmacy: Found names none on the pages we read, for either the compounded or the brand-name drugs.
So there is nothing to match against the FDA register. For brand-name drugs filled at a retail pharmacy, that matters less. For compounded drugs, the pharmacy makes the drug itself, so it matters more.
Each drug page names the drug and its form. Found also says brand-name Zepbound is "Available at LillyDirect, Amazon Pharmacy, Walgreens starting at $299/month." Traceability scores 4.75 out of 10, and a named pharmacy is the one thing that would lift it most.
How much does Found cost?
The branded plan costs $149 per 28-day cycle in cash, and the medication is billed on top. With insurance the plan is $89, plus a visit copay of about $30. Prepaid for 12 months, it is $99 cash or $49 insured.
The $50 a month on Found's home page is not this plan's price. It is the drug copay under the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge, for eligible members 65 to 75: "A Medicare program that helps eligible members get weight-management GLP-1s for $50 a month. It runs July 2026 through December 2027." The $149 plan fee still applies outside that program.
The compounded plans include the drug. Semaglutide is $99 for your first month with insurance, then $199 a month; in cash it is $179, then $289. Tirzepatide is $149 for the first month with insurance, then $289; in cash it is $219, then $359. The price stays flat as your dose rises. Every plan bills per 28-day cycle, so 13 times a year.
On insured plans, Found bills your insurance for the visits, and it says "Most members pay less than $30/visit." Found does not state a shipping fee. Three months of the branded plan fee total $447, before the drug.
On month-to-month prices, Found ranks 3 of the 15 programs in its group on that $149 plan fee. The median there is $199 a month. For scale, a pharmacy pays $871.12 for a Wegovy 1.7 mg pen package, effective September 23, 2026. That is an acquisition cost, not what a patient pays.

Does Found have a discount code?
Found publishes no public discount code on the pages we read. Its discounts are built into the plans instead.
The first is a first-month rate on compounded plans: "Compounded semaglutide: $100 off with insurance ($99 your first month, then $199/mo) or $110 off cash pay ($179 your first month, then $289/mo)." Tirzepatide follows the same pattern: "$140 off with insurance ($149 your first month, then $289/mo) or $140 off cash pay ($219 your first month, then $359/mo)."
The second is the annual prepay. Found's offer terms say you "Save $100/mo or more on compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide when you choose a prepaid annual plan, compared to paying monthly." On the branded plan, the 12-month prepay drops the fee to $99 cash or $49 insured. Both discounts need you to stay: the first month ends, and the prepay is a year.
How does Found work?
The care runs through a clinician who builds a plan with you. Found says "Your clinician works with you to find the right fit for your budget, health needs, and long-term goals." Every plan includes access to its licensed medical team and a personal care plan.
The program is "designed by board-certified clinicians and doctors who are experts in obesity medicine." For the branded drugs, Found handles the insurance paperwork and the prior authorization.
Found does not say how you reach your clinician between visits. It does not state a wait for the first review, beyond starting within a week. It also does not say whether it asks for labs. Clinical care scores 5.8 out of 10, and those gaps are what hold it down.
The health-assessment page refuses automated reads, so we could not read it. That is a limit on our coverage, not a finding against Found.
Is Found safe? FDA status and warning letters
Found has no FDA warning letter and no open flag on its record. No letter names a pharmacy tied to it. Its record is clean.
We found no LegitScript badge for Found. LegitScript certifies telehealth sites against a set of rules, so its absence means one fewer outside check.
The brand-name drugs are FDA-approved products. The compounded ones are not, and the FDA does not review them the way it reviews Wegovy or Zepbound. For side effects, doses and who should not take these drugs, read our semaglutide and tirzepatide pages, which quote the FDA labels. Safety scores 8.75 out of 10, and the missing badge is the only deduction.
How to cancel Found
You can cancel Found's monthly plans at any time, with no minimum term. The prepaid annual plans are a 12-month commitment, paid up front.
The annual saving only holds if you stay the year. Found publishes no refund policy on the pages we read, so assume a prepaid year is not refunded if you stop early. Ask before you prepay.
The trap is the first month: the $99 and $149 compounded rates rise to $199 and $289 from month two. Budget for the standing rate. Terms score 8.25 out of 10: no lock-in on monthly plans, but no stated refund rule.

What customers say about Found
Found publishes reviews on its own reviews page, and the one we hold talks about results and better sleep. It is a single testimonial, chosen by the brand.
It says nothing about the service itself: how fast the first visit came, how the insurance paperwork went, or what the bills looked like. This site collects no independent reviews. So read it as one member's experience, as Found chose to show it. Read the prices and terms above for what you will pay, and check your insurance before you count on the insured rate.
How we scored Found
Price transparency scores 7.14 at a 20% weight: prices are public, but the membership and shipping fees are unstated and a re-read saw a different figure. Cost and value scores 9 at a 15% weight: rank 3 of 15 on month-to-month prices. Traceability scores 4.75 at a 15% weight: no pharmacy named. Clinical care scores 5.8 at a 15% weight: board-certified clinicians, but no contact model, wait time or lab policy.
Safety scores 8.75 at a 20% weight: no letter, no flag, no LegitScript badge. Terms score 8.25 at a 10% weight: cancel anytime, no refund rule. Availability scores 5.5 at a 5% weight: no state list and no shipping cost.
Since our last check, several of Found's pages changed, but no dimension moved and the total holds at 7.2. The weights are on our methodology page.
